Rovmir is free to read. To keep it that way, we earn money in part through affiliate links. This page explains what that means, in line with the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides and similar rules in the UK and EU.
What an affiliate link is
An affiliate link is a special link to a product or service. If you click it and buy something, or sometimes sign up, the seller pays us a small commission. The price you pay is the same whether you use our link or not.
Amazon Associates
Rovmir is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases.
[OWNER: If you join Amazon programs in other countries, for example Amazon.co.uk or Amazon.de, add their required statements here.]
Other affiliate programs
We may also partner with software companies and other retailers, for example AI tools we review. Their links work the same way.
How we keep recommendations honest
- We recommend what we would use. A commission never decides whether a product is included or how it is ranked.
- We mention downsides. Reviews include weaknesses and who should skip a product.
- We disclose clearly. Every article with affiliate links says so at the top, before the first link.
- We do not accept payment for positive reviews. Sponsored content, if we ever publish it, will be clearly labeled as sponsored.
AI-generated creators
Recommendations "from" Adam, Kai or Ryan are made by the Rovmir team. Our creators are AI-generated characters and do not personally use products; we say this so that endorsements are never misleading. See our AI Content Disclosure.
